  • ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ONLINE APPLICATION, YOU'LL NEED TO SUBMIT:

    1. Your 2 most recent pay stubs
      1. If you are moving from out of state, you MUST have proof of employment in AZ.
    2. If self employed - last years tax returns.
    3. A copy of your photo ID(s)

     QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. You must make 3x the amount of the rent (Ex: If rent is $1,000 then you must make $3,000 a month)
    2. No evictions.
    3. No collections or judgements for rents or utilities.
    4. Bankruptcy in the last 6 months or pending bankruptcy will not be considered.
    5. Poor credit to be determined on a case by case basis. Explanation would need to be provided.
    6. Pets to be considered on a case by case basis. Details provided on individual listings.
    7. Convictions of any crime within past 10 years including misdemeanors involving weapons, children, gangs, prostitution, drugs or violence will be be denied. Registered sex offenders will be automatically denied.
    8. **OWNER HAS FINAL APPROVAL ON PETS AND APPLICATION**

    PROCESS:

    1. Allow 24-48 hours for the owner to review your application.
    2. Once approved a $500 earnest deposit will be due to hold the home (30 days maximum). This will be applied towards your total move in costs and is non-refundable.
    3. A lease will be drafted and emailed electronically for signatures. Arrangements can be made if you're unable to sign electronically.
    4. If your application is denied an agent will contact you and no further action will be required.
